Congratulations on your acceptance to Wesleyan College! Registration is in full-swing and we are looking forward to welcoming you to campus. Now that you’ve been accepted, it's a great time to keep the process rolling and complete your admission file. Completed forms may be emailed to the addresses below or faxed to 478-757-4030.


Step 1- Secure your spot

  • Deposit today! Due within two weeks of acceptance. 
    The $250 Matriculation Fee is non-refundable. 
  • $150 Housing Deposit 
    Students who live on campus are required to pay a one-time deposit that is non-refundable after May 1. This deposit may be refunded upon graduation from Wesleyan College, if the room is left in approved condition.


  • Matriculation Letter/SOU
    Due within two weeks of acceptance. Accepted student will receive a Statement of Understanding (SOU) or Matriculation Form with their official acceptance letter via the U.S. Postal Service upon acceptance to Wesleyan. Please submit either document stating your intention to accept or decline Wesleyan College's offer of acceptance. If you have any questions please contact your admissions counselor or admissions@wesleyancollege.edu.



Once you deposit IT will give you access to the Wesleyan Portal and your student email account. You may access the portal here.

Step 2- Registration

(This section is for incoming first-year students only. Transfer and non-traditional students, please speak with your counselor regarding your registration process.)

  • New Student Assessments
    For questions regarding the assessments please contact Director of Student Success LaTasha Andre at landre@wesleyancollege.edu.
  • Advising Questionnaire
    For questions regarding advising and registration, please contact Associate Dean of Academic Resources Christy Henry at chenry@wesleyancollege.edu.


Step 3- Paperwork

  • Health Forms
    Please complete and return the forms to healthservices@wesleyancollege.edu. Send all health forms together, with the exception of the Physical Examination form (to be completed by a doctor after an exam). Please contact health services if you have any questions.
    • Wesleyan College Medical Record Form
    • Emergency Medical Treatment Form
    • Privacy Practices Acknowledgement Form
    • Meningitis Acknowledgement Form
    • Physical Exam Form
      Completed since February 15, 2017, and signed by a medical provider
    • Immunization Record Form
      Both pages must be signed by a medical provider
  • Health insurance enrollment or waiver will open in August


  • Housing Forms
    Wesleyan College is a residential campus. Some local students and those over the age of 23 may be exempt from our housing policy. For specific questions regarding housing, please contact Director of Residence Life Emily Jarvis at ejarvis@wesleyancollege.edu. Complete and return the housing application or change of resident status form to Emily.

  • W-9 Form Download here.
    Wesleyan's Business Office requires each incoming student to complete a W-9 form. This form allows us to verify your social security number with the federal government. Return the form to business office at businessoffice@wesleyancollege.edu
  • Student Publicity Consent Form-Not Required Download here.
  • Wesleyan Work Study Application- Not Required Download here.
    If you are interested in on-campus employment, please complete the Work Study Application and return to transfer@wesleyancollege.edu
  • Financial Aid
    Submit your FAFSA with our school code 001600. You may still be missing financial aid documents. All documents and financial aid updates will be sent to you via email. If you have any questions, contact the financial aid office at financialaid@wesleyancollege.edu or (478) 757-5205.


Step 4- Orientation

Wesleyan College Orientation will email you directly with the information related to your specific orientation. If you have any questions, please email Director of Student Activities Ashley Tomlin at orientation@wesleyancollege.edu

Wesleyan College is privileged to steward many arts and cultural events and share them with the community. Most are free and open to the public. Wesleyan art galleries are open M-F 1:30 – 5:00 PM and on Wesleyan Market Saturdays from 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM.
