Master of Business Administration

Designed for the driven, Wesleyan College’s MBA program gives graduates the business skills and acumen to succeed in any industry. Our students engage in the strategic exploration of business environments and practices through case studies, special projects, and Wesleyan’s transformative international experience.

Our students come from diverse backgrounds, and our small class sizes encourage forming relationships that can last beyond graduation.

Embracing Your Busy Schedule

The flexible online structure empowers you to complete coursework while maintaining your current schedule and lifestyle. The program is fast-track and part-time to provide unparalleled convenience. We make higher education accessible by reducing the barriers keeping you from reaching your full potential— whether you are a working professional, executive, or recent graduate.

We believe online classes should be more than just videos and quizzes. At Wesleyan students can meet one-on-one with their professor, ask questions, and participate in live class discussions from the comfort of home.

We’ve thrown out the template and designed an online experience focused on high-quality interactions between professors and students. Students from both business programs (M.B.A. and M.S. in Nonprofit Management) take advantage of peer-to-peer learning in six shared core classes. Learning and networking is not reserved to only in-person programs. Our students come from diverse backgrounds, and our small class sizes encourage forming relationships that can last beyond graduation.

Program Highlights
  • Working professionals become exceptional executives through Wesleyan College’s MBA program, and recent graduates develop the leadership skills to take on the ever-changing business world.
  • Students are exposed to different perspectives in the shared core classes and are encouraged to network with their peers in nonprofits and other specializations like finance or entrepreneurship.
  • Wesleyan’s class sizes are small, meaning each student gets individualized instruction and opportunities to meet with their professors one-on-one.
  • GMAT scores are not required for most applicants. Our admission process is simple and accessible to reduce barriers to access higher education.
  • All required textbooks are included in the cost of tuition.
  • Upon program completion, students are prepared to become Green Belt Certified in Lean Six Sigma, a data-driven methodology rooted in statistics, waste reduction, and engineering principles that seek to improve work processes. Lean Green and Six Sigma Green training are included in the MBA program curriculum, which can give our community of students a competitive advantage in their careers.

Summer Commencement Graduates

“The opportunity to share perceptions, insights, and challenges with professionals from many different industries was really valuable for me. Just being able to discuss a real-world challenge with members of my cohort – successful men and women with diverse backgrounds, perspectives, and goals– helped me improve my family business. That network of support continues long after graduation.”

- Adrian Harmon, MBA ‘09
